                           CONDO 2020 AVAILABILITY CALENDAR

Our minimum rates are weekly.  Please make reservation as soon as possible due to high demand for this type of condo. 

Rates are subjected to change without confirmed reservation.  Less then one full week, off-season rates are negotiable. 

At least one adult in the group 25 yrs or older to check in. All rate quotes are for up to 7 occupants for this condo. The manager reserve the right to rent out this condo. 

First come first serve basic please, who has the first deposit check received will get the spot with pre-approved email.

Multi-week, monthly discounts are also available.  Rates start only $950.00 for two bedroom (low season Sept-Jan non event, holiday week).  

Summer, Holiday, Event rates are higher (Rates are higher for the months of June, july, August-non event or holiday, please email for the correct rate for your week).  

Plus one time house-keeping charge per week(or per visit -minimum one time)  $85.00/ two bedroom.  The total is taxable at 12.5%

(State of Florida and the county of Volusia Hotel tax).  Please email or call for your vacation week rates.

To Make Reservation, please follow steps below:

1-Email to us at reservation@oceanwalkdaytona.com or call  714-724-8821(cell) or 843-689-5864 (home/message) to confirm the Rates and Availability. 

2-Make a Deposit of $200.00.  We accept Major Credit Cards through www.Paypal.com using their secure line to pay,

 the email using to transfer transaction is payment@oceanwalkdaytona.com .

Major Credit Card Payment: please open an account with Paypal (an Ebay company) through their secure line at http://www.paypal.com/.  

Please add a Paypal surcharge of 3% if make payment by credit cards.   

We also accept Personal Checks, Cashier Checks or Money Orders (please email for the address to send the checks).

3-After received the deposit, we will send our guest an agreement to confirm the deposit. 

The guest then return the agreement and the full amount to us 30 days(or earlier) before the arrival day to complete the transaction.  

Note the agreement, the deposit and full amount need to submit before a confirm letter to be sent to the guest to check in.  

Fail to submit any item will delay or terminate the contract.  Without the confirm letter,

no one will be allowed to check in and the front desk will not be given permission to check guest in(as requested by us).

We will post your last name on our website(Confirmed reservation page), please check to make sure your vacation reservation dates,

the name in the contract are correct since we will reserve this name at the front desk and they will need photo ID of this person to check in. 

Guests will check in at front desk, the soft key (the same key for the parking gate next to the lobby) will be reserved in guest name for the week/months as stated in the agreement.

Our security deposit is $300.00 additional to the weekly rentals and is refund within 14 days of departure(average is 5 working days).
