CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK(LOBBY): 

Please bring the confirm letter (which will be sent a week before arrival) to check in at the front desk.  The front desk will give our guest a set of keys(programmable soft key) which will be programmed for guest's number of days of stay at the resort.  Guest with names on the letter will need to show their ID's to get the keys.  These keys are the same key to open the parking gates. 

The check in time is  3-4:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM in the morning.(Please check out not later than 10:00 am due to housekeeping schedule).  The condo is a non smoking, no pets condo.

Please ask the front desk for wrist bands for the family since the band is used to identify hotel guest to get back from the beach thru back gate.

While your are there take, visit the Courtesy Booth for coupons and info brochures for many interesting activities in the area include restaurant and order in services.

PARKING:

There will be one parking space per room for the whole week stay.  Additional parking is available at the parking complex across street through the walkover pass($6.00 per day,$10.00 holiday) for additional vehicles. 

There are two towers in the Ocean Walk Resort: the 19 story building is theTower One(south side) and the 24 story building is the Tower Two(north side).

Parking for the Two Bedroom Condo #2020 is in Tower Two garage.

The third picture to the right hand side show the entrance to the front lobby and the parking garage for Tower One, Tower Two is on the opposite side(to the north).

After parking, please go inside the building and use the elevator to the condo:

Condo #2020 (two bedroom)on the 20th floor Tower Two(north side).

After arrive at the condo, guest ,please read and follow the check list (sent along with the confirm letter). 

When ready to check out, please make sure the check list is followed,completed, leave all the keys in the counter,exit.  No need to go to the front desk to check out.
